About Our Online Shop

Welcome to our online shop! Our online shop reflects the product we have in store. However, our online inventory does not reflect the amount of each product we have in store. We keep our online inventory at a minimum to reduce the chance of over selling on product. Also, as the season continues, our offerings will be adjusted based on availability and stock. Store Hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm, Saturday-Sunday: 9am-5pm

  • Pick Up Hours: During regular business hours

  • Orders Placed on Monday-Thursday: are eligible for same day or next day pick up (depends on how busy we are and when order is placed)

  • Orders Placed on Friday after 3pm-Sunday: are eligible for pick up on Monday

Delivery Orders

  • $50 delivery charge on all orders

  • Orders Placed Before 4 pm Monday-Thursday are eligible for delivery within 2 days or less

  • No deliveries on Sunday

  • Orders Placed on Thursday After 4 pm-Sunday: will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday

  • Delivery Zones: 55311, 55316, 55327, 55340, 55369, 55374, 55428, 55442, 55443, 55445, 55446

These guidelines may change as the season progresses.

Steps for Ordering Online

Step 1 - Placing Your Order

Curbside: Orders placed on Monday-Thursday will be eligible for next day pickup. All orders placed on Friday after 3pm-Sunday will be eligible for pickup on Monday.

Step 2 - Watch Your Email

Curbside: You will receive an email to the email address you provided when your order is ready for pick up. You may pick up whenever you are ready.

Step 3 - Picking Up/Delivery

Curbside: When you arrive to our curb please call 763-334-4493. We will bring your items out to you to pick up, so you won’t have to come in. If you ordered bag material, you may load those items yourself. We do ask that you call the number so we can make sure your order is picked up. We can assist those who need help.

Online Policies

  • All Online sales are final and we are not accepting any returns on products

  • Reward points cannot be used on Online purchases, but they will be earned and adjusted for in store to use within 2 weeks

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed online or over the phone, but they can only be redeemed in store. (our Online system is separate from our POS)

How To Order Online

  1. Hover or Click the navigation ‘SHOP ONLINE’ and choose from the categories listed. On other devices (phone or tablet) you may see an orange box in the top right corner with three white lines. Click on this to get started.

  2. Once you find a product you like, click on purchase. This will bring you to your cart. Review your order and continue shopping or click on checkout.

  3. If you wish to keep shopping, click on the ‘Lynde Greenhouse & Nursery’ logo at the top of the page. This will redirect you to the home page and you may repeat steps 1-2.

  4. If you are ready to check out, fill out the necessary information starting with your email address. When you fill in the shipping information you will be given an option for curbside pickup. At check out there will be the option to check a box letting us know if you are a Rewards Customer and an ‘Additional Comments’ section for any specifications you would like to add. Fill out the necessary information and click on ‘Purchase.’

Note: You must fill out your shipping address even if you are doing curbside pickup. It also counts as a billing address for your credit card.
