2021 Retail Policies

In advance we thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. Last year was a wild ride and we couldn’t have gotten through it without your help. Now that we have a year under our belt, let’s all have a wonderful growing season.

THE FOLLOWING MEASURES WE HAVE SET INTO ACTION INCLUDE:

In Store Policies

  • Continuing to have wider walkways to help customers and staff maintain a 6-foot distance

  • Following the CDC guidelines for masks

  • Discontinuing the use of H2O Grow jugs, to limit contact, until further notice

  • Reserving the right to close early in the afternoon to restock the store if needed in May

  • Accepting cash at all open registers

  • Allowing custom plantings

  • Not accepting returns on products

Online Policies

  • All Online sales are final and we are not accepting any returns on products

  • Reward points cannot be used on Online purchases, but they will be earned and adjusted for in store to use within 2 weeks

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed online or over the phone, but they can only be redeemed in store. (our Online system is separate from our POS)

  • Most printed coupons can now be redeemed through our online shop! Look for an ONLINE CODE. Coupons cannot be used on gift cards, custom orders, landscape services, and workshops.

 Coupon Policies

  • Cannot be combined with other coupons or sale items.

  • Must redeem original coupon at time of purchase.

  • Excludes gift cards, custom orders, landscape services, and workshops.

Return Policy

  • Currently, we are NOT accepting any Returns!

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome, but ask they be leashed for everyone’s safety!
